What is The Jazz Bar?
The Jazz Bar is located in a small basement that creates a very intimate atmosphere . There is live music all night long with the option to sit and enjoy or stand and dance. There is a real mix of ages on every night, so a place for everybody to enjoy.
Small in size, small in price?
This venue is free for all before 8pm and once you're in there in no need to pay to stay. If you are an evening jazz fan then you will be looking at paying an average of £5 - but all door money goes to the musicians!

The Jazz Bar offers a Jazz "Home Delivery Service" - whether it is a wedding, private function or a family gathering then Bill Kyle (creator of The Jazz Bar and experienced muscian) will custom build a band to match your night!

A little extra...
This venue couldn't afford a decent set of keys so up untill 2007 they had a fairly basic baby grand piano. They then were offered a far better one by Yamaha UK but couldn't afford to pay for it. So Jazz Bar fans and musicians bought individual keys for £50 each and raised the money in just 10 weeks!
